LMPG Inc., a leading specification-grade LED lighting solutions group, announced today that it has acquired a majority stake in privately-held Vode Lighting LLC. An innovative, LED lighting solution provider focused on interior architectural lighting.

Founded in 2006 and located in Sonoma, California, Vode is renowned for its adaptive architectural lighting systems, creating minimalistic and customizable solutions that are easily scaled to all types of projects.
